Description of problem:
Page Request Error if browsing a custom channel and remove it via API or spacewalk-remove-channel.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a custom Channel (via API)
2.Channels -> "Your Custom Channel" -> Packages
3.Remove  "Your Custom Channel" via spacewalk-remove-channel or API
4.Refresh the page
  
Actual results:
Page Request Error

Expected results:
No Page Request Error
