Bug 468095 has reappeared for me.

Everytime I hit the "r" key on the key the scroll-lock led on the keyboard
lights up. When I press either the return key or shift+2 or 'w' it gets turned
off.

Keyboard is bog standard USB keyboard.

Xorg log file.

Package versions:
package xorg-x11-xserver-Xorg is not installed

Only xorg config file is the autogenerated:

# This file is autogenerated by system-setup-keyboard. Any
# modifications will be lost.

Section "InputClass"
	Identifier	"system-setup-keyboard"
	MatchIsKeyboard	"on"
	Option "XkbModel"	"pc105+inet"
	Option "XkbLayout"	"us"
#	Option "XkbVariant"	"(null)"
	Option "XkbOptions"	"terminate:ctrl_alt_bksp,"
EndSection

This is using the USA layout with the option Ctrl key position > Swap Ctrl and Caps Lock selected (turning that off makes no difference).

Comment 4 Fedora End Of Life 2013-04-03 17:01:12 UTC
This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 19 development cycle.
Changing version to '19'.

(As we did not run this process for some time, it could affect also pre-Fedora 19 development
cycle bugs. We are very sorry. It will help us with cleanup during Fedora 19 End Of Life. Thank you.)

This is ancient and long since fixed...
