When no update for a long time, bot should set a comment to reminder vendor this cert will be moved into dustbin, and at the same time, they will set need info on reviewer to ask for reviewer's attention.

But in bug#655276, obviously, vendor has stopped such action at least for 3 months. Why?

ops, it's 2 months in this cert. But I did met one cert which has no update for 3 months, and bot didn't send reminder to reviewer.

I have fixed the problem, please verify if  this still happens
