Happens on freshly installed Fedora FC15 Alfa TC2 on hw: http://www.smolts.org/client/show/pub_a64408ed-c828-4305-95f5-bfbae42dce11

How to reproduce
-----
1. open system settings and choose displays
2. move the positon of external DVI screen in respect to the laptop screen (from right to top)
3. press apply, crash appears although the reguested position change comes in effect

How to reproduce
-----
1. run system settings > displays
2. move the little black panel from laptop display to the external monitor
3. panel moves as expected, however systemsettings crashes
