2. Click bluetooth icon in notification area
3. Click "Send Files to Device..."

How to reproduce
-----
1. Turn on the bluetooth, using GNOME3 bluetooth panel applet icon
2. Make yourself visible using the bluetooth menu
3. Select "Send Files to Device"
