Description of problem:
New proxy server install does not appear in spacewalk ui as proxy server

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
1.3 for both spacewalk and proxy running on rhel 5.4

How reproducible:
tried on spacewalk 1.2 and 1.3 after upgrade to 1.3 reran configure-proxy.sh
neither version works

does not appear in spacewalk

Expected results:
Would expect that under systems a proxy option showing configured proxies and that in spacewalk when i look at the details of the proxy server that a proxy option would show
