1. enter model edit page (for example, https://bz-web1-test.devel.redhat.com/page.cgi?id=hwcert_model/edit_hwcert.html&bugid=633604&name_id=30737)
2. change the model from "Original" to "PT"
3. change the vendor selection
4. the make drop list shows incorrect makes
5. same error will occur when switch from "pt" to "original"

should open it in "Red Hat Hardware Certification Program" instead.
