Description of problem:
kernel panics when start network on a 82598 ixgbe interface.

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install RHEL6.1-20110217.n.0 or install RHEL6, and update kernel to 2.6.32-114.0.1.el6.

This problem appears on -117 too, set regression.

During my boot testing, the problem start appears from -107, -94.el6 is good.
