Description of problem:
FreeIPA v2 changed locations of the netgroup search base, so SSSD needs to be updated to look in the correct place.

How reproducible:
Every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run ipa-client-install
2. Try to look up a valid netgroup with "getent netgroup <netgroupname>"
  
Actual results:
No netgroup found

Expected results:
Information about <netgroupname>

1) add netgroup on server

# ipa netgroup-add --desc test mynetgroup

2) getent netgroup on client
