machine was running f14 kde updates-testing

Comment 2 collura 2011-03-01 23:06:59 UTC
the machine had been upgraded from f13 to f14 by preupgrade.
the upgrade seemed to cause a repository list issue with some leftover f13 package duplicates? thought i had the repo issues resolved but guess not.
the preupgrade was done with a boot partition small enough that a network load was needed. maybe that caused some issue?

not having luck resolving so did a freshinstall of f14 since packages were being finicky about removing duplicates.

if no-one else has this issue then will close/let-expire.

I'd suggest trying to run either or both of these: (part of yum-utils) as root:

# to report dependency problems
package-cleanup --problems

yum distribution-synchronization
