Description of problem:

Attempting to install gcc bodhi update [1] results in a transaction error 

[1] https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/gcc-4.6.0-0.8.fc15

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
 * libstdc++.i686       4.6.0-0.7.fc15
 * libstdc++.x86_64     4.6.0-0.7.fc15

How reproducible:
 * Every attempt to 'yum upgrade' results in this transaction error

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install F-15-TC2-x86_64
2. Install nsplugginwrapper.i686
3. Attempt to upgrade system to 'updates-testing'
