Description Iván Jiménez 2011-02-22 03:59:29 UTC
SELinux is preventing /usr/bin/python from 'execute' accesses on the file /tmp/orcexec.6gxTxj (deleted).

***** Plugin catchall_boolean (89.3 confidence) suggests *******************

If you want to allow_xguest_exec_content
Then you must tell SELinux about this by enabling the 'allow_xguest_exec_content' boolean.
Do
setsebool -P allow_xguest_exec_content 1

***** Plugin catchall (11.6 confidence) suggests ***************************

If you believe that python should be allowed execute access on the orcexec.6gxTxj (deleted) file by default.
Then you should report this as a bug.
You can generate a local policy module to allow this access.
Do
allow this access for now by executing:
# grep applet.py /var/log/audit/audit.log | audit2allow -M mypol
# semodule -i mypol.pp

Why do you think this is a bug? Sealert tells you what to do.

It appears every time a normal user logs in after guest has logged in, so maybe it should be allowed by default.

Who is creating this /tmp/orcexec.6gxTxj
?

Why would xguest want to execute a random file in /tmp?
