I'm trying to get openresolv (resolvconf implementation) into Fedora (see bug #668153).

system-config-network uses change_resolv_conf() from initscripts due to bug #125712. Because /sbin/resolvconf does the same we should use 
/sbin/resolvconf if exists or change_resolv_conf() otherwise.

See attached patch.
