Description of problem:
I would like to modify the volume of beeps and other sounds generated by gajim Jabber client, but the volume control of this sound remains visible only for the short time when the beeps are actually playing, which is too short to grab and adjust the volume scrollbar.

100 %

Steps to Reproduce:
1. run gajim, configure a jabber account
2. run pavucontrol
3. receive a jabber message
4. during the notification sound, try to change the volume
  
Actual results:
I am too slow to adjust the volume bar during the sound is playing


Expected results:
The stream should remain visible for longer time (at least 5-10 seconds), even though it has already stopped playing. Alternative solution would be to make a new mode in pavucontrol to display all the streams which have played in the past.
