Description of problem:
The entity of &RHMAINMENU; is used for the gui-menu of "Applications". &RHMAINMENU; appears as "Applications (the main menu on the panel)" in English when building to HTML. This gui-label has their translation on the screen, and it needs to replace the string like <guimenu>Applications</guimenu> (the main menu on the panel), allowing the translators to translate the string into their language according to their localized version.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. The PO file downloaded was retrieved from https://svn.devel.redhat.com/repos/ecs/Red_Hat_Network_Satellite/5.4/Reference_Guide/
2. The entity can be found at this file https://svn.devel.redhat.com/repos/ecs/Red_Hat_Network_Satellite/5.4/Reference_Guide/en-US/Alert_Notification_Tool.xml
3. Build html and check Chapter 6.1 / "In &RHEL; 4 and later, select &RHMAINMENU; =&gt; <guimenu>System Tools</guimenu> =&gt; <guimenuitem>Red Hat Network Alert Icon</guimenuitem>."

Actual results:
* Japanese html reads "Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4 およびそれ以降の場合、 Applications (the main menu on the panel) => システムツール => Red Hat Network 通知アイコン と選択していきます。

* English html reads "In Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4 and later, select Applications (the main menu on the panel) => System Tools => Red Hat Network Alert Icon. 


Expected results:
* Japanese html reads "Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4 およびそれ以降の場合、 アプリケーション (パネル上のメインメニュー) => システムツール => Red Hat Network 通知アイコン と選択していきます。

Verified
in Satellite 5.4.1 "Reference Guide", sections "6. Red Hat Network Alert Notification Tool", "A.2. Starting the Red Hat Network Registration Client" and "4.1. Starting the Red Hat Update Agent".
