File: backtrace
This may be same as 677842.... Package: mutter-2.91.6-4.fc15 Architecture: x86_64 OS Release: Fedora release 16 (Rawhide) How to reproduce ----- 1. boot into gnome desktop. Comes up in panel mode 2. in a gnome terminal: gnome-shell --replace & 3. Comment ----- As above. Have to issue a metacity --replace in order to regain window control. Installeda the upower, dbus and gobject-introspection updates in Bug 679944 - gnome shell failure which was against F15 Please Note: this mutter failure is in rawhide, *NOT* F15 Alpha RC2. Testing that next this is caused by mismatched gnome-shell and gsettings-desktop-schemas packages. The current versions of them will not have this problem. |
