Description Alexander Todorov 2011-02-25 12:55:09 UTC
Description of problem:

When installing with:

%packages --default
firefox
%end

The resulting anaconda-ks.cfg file contains:

%packages --default

%end

This is with anaconda-13.21.100-1.el6.x86_64. See bug #621349 for more information about this kickstart syntax.

firefox is marked as a default package, so there's no point in having it listed in the %packages section. It will automatically be pulled in by "--default". In this case, anaconda-ks.cfg should only list those packages marked as optional in comps.
