After playing in koji it seems like bootchart-0.12.4-3.1.git20101122.fc15 works, so it was after that it broke...

Package bootchart-0.12.4-6.1.git20101122.fc15:
* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 15 updates-testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing bootchart-0.12.4-6.1.git20101122.fc15'
as soon as you are able to, then reboot.
