Description Andy Campbell 2011-02-26 21:46:27 UTC
Description of problem:

This also applies to Fedora 14.

I've tried to install/run F14, and F15 Alpha from USB live image, or install from full DVD media (USB DVD drive ) on my Acer Aspire One Netbook and it hangs immediately at the ISOLinux/USBLinux line at the start of booting.

To install F14, I had to install F13 to disk from the USB live image, then upgrade. So F13 seems OK - ( although install from full DVD failed later as it couldn't find the install media !)

Closing - patching the BIOS to the latest release resolved the issue.
