Forgot to say that I am running my laptop with Network Manager and getting IP from DHCP

Comment 2 antonio montagnani 2011-02-28 13:52:40 UTC
it is not connected to initscripts, sorry for the noise.

Why nmb is not started when network is not started??

This is important if I want to share folders in a laptob that is moving in different network, i.e. it gets IP dinamically from DHCP

Comment 3 antonio montagnani 2011-02-28 16:13:54 UTC
I checked my samb.conf file and I removed wins support

Now wins support is no

And everything is back.

I assume that bug can be closed
