Description of problem:
the setting dialog is not usable on restricted displays eg netbooks.  The bottom of the dialog cannot be accessed, making it impossible to make setting changes on some of the dialog pages.

This issue should be solved in upstream, it's is already reported (see external bug tracker bug number). We are sorry but we can't help you here. But there's possibility how to access unaccessible parts in dialog - the trick is simple. Press and hold Alt, left click on the bottom part of dialog and move.

I'm closing this bug as UPSTREAM one, adding me to the CC, so in case something changes there, we'll be notified.
