Description of problem:
The minitools plugin does not appear, either in the Tools menu or in the Settings->Configure Extensions dialog.

konq-plugins-4.4.0-7.fc15.x86_64

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start konqueror
2. Check Tools menu
  
Actual results:
No minitools

Expected results:
Minitools in Tools menu

This occurs if WebKit is the rendering engine. I guess minitools is not compatible with the KDE WebKit component.
