Description of problem:
The character for protecting password in passwd dialogs is the small bullet, but when I switch the language to Pushto (Afganistan) than the protecting character is asterisk. I thing it should be the same for all langs, I'm I right? Spotted only on mentioned lang so far.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Be in gdm 
2. set Pushto (Afganistan) and login
3. lock screen
4. unlock it
  
Actual results:
there are asterisks except bullets

Expected results:
expecting bullet as a password protecting character

This is the result of different font choices for different scripts. I don't think this is a bug. At best, a small cosmetic issue.
