Description Marian Ganisin 2011-03-02 12:25:03 UTC
Description of problem:
If there is no option specified on boot command line, anaconda fails to start with init backtrace. Screenshot attached.

As error message in backtrace claims, local variable GError* has to initialized to NULL.

This issue didn't occur with RHEL-6.0.

Impact: No or very low impact, it is not blocking installation, actually every supported installation method very likely contain at least some options on boot command line.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
anaconda-13.21.100

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use grub to load kernel and initrd,
2. keep kernel image alone on the line without any option.
