Description Joe Julian 2011-03-02 23:43:35 UTC
SELinux is preventing /usr/libexec/mission-control-5 from 'create' accesses on the file accounts.cfg.6P6MRV.

***** Plugin catchall (100. confidence) suggests ***************************

If you believe that mission-control-5 should be allowed create access on the accounts.cfg.6P6MRV file by default.
Then you should report this as a bug.
You can generate a local policy module to allow this access.
Do
allow this access for now by executing:
# grep mission-control /var/log/audit/audit.log | audit2allow -M mypol
# semodule -i mypol.pp

Did you log in as root? Also how did you start empathy?

What does show

# id -Z

Comment 2 Joe Julian 2011-03-03 23:10:49 UTC
I did not log in as root.
Not sure how empathy starts. This error was reported as soon as I logged in.
id -Z = unconfined_u:unconfined_r:unconfined_t:s0-s0:c0.c1023
