# lspci | grep Eth
01:00.0 Ethernet controller: Broadcom Corporation NetXtreme II BCM5709 Gigabit Ethernet (rev 20)
01:00.1 Ethernet controller: Broadcom Corporation NetXtreme II BCM5709 Gigabit Ethernet (rev 20)
# dmesg | grep bnx2
bnx2 0000:01:00.0: firmware: requesting bnx2/bnx2-mips-09-5.0.0.j15.fw
bnx2: Can't load firmware file "bnx2/bnx2-mips-09-5.0.0.j15.fw"
bnx2 0000:01:00.0: PCI INT A disabled
bnx2: probe of 0000:01:00.0 failed with error -2

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

2.6.32-119.el6 and 118.el6

How reproducible:

often

Steps to Reproduce:
1.# rpm -Uvh noarch/kernel-firmware-2.6.32-119.el6.noarch.rpm
2.# rpm -ivh x86_64/kernel-2.6.32-119.el6.x86_64.rpm
3.change grub default vlaue to kernel 71.el6 and reboot system

Actual results:

# ifconfig
lo Link encap:Local Loopback
          inet addr:127.0.0.1 Mask:255.0.0.0
          inet6 addr: ::1/128 Scope:Host
          UP LOOPBACK RUNNING MTU:16436 Metric:1
          RX packets:0 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:0
          TX packets:0 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0
          collisions:0 txqueuelen:0
          RX bytes:0 (0.0 b) TX bytes:0 (0.0 b)
# modprobe bnx2
# ifup eth0
Device eth0 does not seem to be present, delaying initialization.

Expected results:

bnx2 driver should be loaded and eth0 up

Additional info:

test on two machines and all have this issue .
