mutter with libgnome-shell crashes at startup with apparently missing uPower-Glib js library.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 
mutter-2.91.90-1
gnome-shell-2.91.90-2

Steps to Reproduce:
1. run mutter $mutter --mutter-plugins=libgnome-shell --replace
2. wait for a sec

Additional info: installing upower-devel actually solves the problem.

Bug was actually already reported, missed it.
