 Clone button missing from the following page.

This is probable because we only support cloning at the recipeSet level.  But we can still show the clone link here and have it act on the recipeSet.

Thoughts?

'Clone Recipeset' maybe, but having just 'Clone' obviously gives the impression you are just cloning the Recipe.

Since we don't have a page to display recipeSets I think it makes sense to add 'Clone RecipeSet' action here.
