Description of problem:
fedora-icon-theme requires gnome-themes while it should only require gnome-icon-theme. Requiring gnome-themes will pull in gtk2-engines and gtk-theme-engine-clearlooks.

Package gdm-3.0.0-2.fc15, fedora-icon-theme-1.0.0-9.fc15:
* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 15 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing gdm-3.0.0-2.fc15 fedora-icon-theme-1.0.0-9.fc15'
as soon as you are able to.
