There is no description. This issue came up with the software update for glibc-2.13-1 (i686). I have logged into the root through the terminal and ran yum update where I get this info.
[root@USB ~]# yum update

You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
please run yum check I suspect you have some other issues. Also run: yum repolist yum list --showduplicates glibc glibc-common [root@USB ~]# yum repolist
