Hello Tim, these the results:

#rpm -q yum
yum-3.2.28-5.fc13.noarch

#rpm -q python-urlgrabber
python-urlgrabber-3.9.1-6.fc13.noarch

Comment 4 Denis 2011-03-08 07:12:26 UTC
When I make a yum its result:

------------------------------------
#yum

There was a problem importing one of the Python modules
required to run yum. The error leading to this problem was:

No module named mirror

Please install a package which provides this module, or
verify that the module is installed correctly.

It's possible that the above module doesn't match the
current version of Python, which is:
2.6.4 (r264:75706, Apr 1 2010, 02:55:51)
[GCC 4.4.3 20100226 (Red Hat 4.4.3-8)]

I dont known what happen with the version of python and yum.

Comment 5 Gildus 2011-03-08 07:19:27 UTC
Yes, is the same my troubles:

There was a problem importing one of the Python modules
required to run yum. The error leading to this problem was:

No module named mirror

Please install a package which provides this module, or
verify that the module is installed correctly.

It's possible that the above module doesn't match the
current version of Python, which is:
2.6.4 (r264:75706, Apr 1 2010, 02:55:51)
[GCC 4.4.3 20100226 (Red Hat 4.4.3-8)]

If you cannot solve this problem yourself, please go to
the yum faq at:
http://yum.baseurl.org/wiki/Faq

I have to checked the version of python, it show me:

# rpm -q python
python-2.6.4-25.fc13.x86_64
python-2.6.4-27.fc13.x86_64

Comment 6 Tim Lauridsen 2011-03-08 17:55:11 UTC
Look like a broken python update

try to download the python-2.6.4-27.fc13.x86_64 from a fedora update mirror

remove the 2 installed python packages with

rpm -e python-2.6.4-25.fc13.x86_64 --nodeps
rpm -e python-2.6.4-27.fc13.x86_64 --nodeps

install the downloaded python rpm

rpm -ivh python-2.6.4-27.fc13.x86_64.rpm

And hopefully your python will be working again.

Comment 10 Denis 2011-04-03 05:39:15 UTC
Great!!!, just I made this:

#rpm -e yumex
#rpm -e yum
#rpm -e python-urlgrabber

I then rebooted. Ah still got those bad window habits, them:

#rpm -Uvh python-urlgrabber
#rpm -Uvh yum

And all be fine, all be worked!!!.

Thanks friends.
