How to reproduce
-----
1. I had a CD in the CD drive which I wanted to eject, so I selected the album (under "Devices"), and right clicked.
2. I accidentally clicked "extract to lIbrary" rather than "eject".
3. When it said "this album has already been extracted to the library, do you want to continue?" I hit cancel, and rhythmbox crashed.
