Description of problem:
When there is pending transfer and we down interface skb's are not freed. What cause hung when performing shutdown at iptables module unload.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
2.6.32-119.el6

How reproducible:
Random.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to download data via iwlwifi (any device except 3945)
2. Do ifconfig wlan1 down; Or reassociate with different wireless network.
3. Try to unload iptables modules:
  /etc/init.d/iptables stop
  /etc/init.d/ip6tables stop
  
Actual results:
Stoping ip6tables may hung.

Expected results:
No hung.

This request was evaluated by Red Hat Product Management for inclusion
in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux maintenance release. Product Management has 
requested further review of this request by Red Hat Engineering, for potential
inclusion in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux Update release for currently deployed 
products. This request is not yet committed for inclusion in an Update release.

Note: patch does not fix problem entirely, there is still possible to have single skb leak and hung at iptables modules unload. That problem still need to be recognized and fixed, but that patch is needed anyway. tested with CEntrino Ultimate 6300.. no problems can in shutting down machine or iptables only
-> VERIFIED
