rhsm-compliance-icon status text does is not automatically changing from warning to expired period

Description of problem:
The hover text on the rhsm-compliance-icon does not automatically update once the time passes over from the warning period into the expired period.

See the attached screen shot

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
[root@jsefler-onprem03 ~]# rpm -qa | grep subscription-manager
subscription-manager-gnome-0.95.3-1.git.15.e70d002.el6.x86_64
subscription-manager-firstboot-0.95.3-1.git.15.e70d002.el6.x86_64
subscription-manager-0.95.3-1.git.15.e70d002.el6.x86_64

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Follow the setup in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=629670#c4
2. Set the system clock to a time in the warning period and watch the icon's hover help change to "Some of the system's subscriptions are about to expire".
3. Now set the system clock beyond the expiration date.
Notice the hover help on the rhsm-compliance-icon remains unchanged.
It should automatically switch over to "This system in Non-compliant".

Note: once you click the icon, the text changes appropriately and life is good.

The problem is that the hover text is temporarily wrong until you click the icon.

Seems like an edge case issue.
