Description Rand All 2011-03-09 05:46:55 UTC
I'm running F15 alpha on an x86_64 with dual-head Radeon HD3850 desktop. All packages are up to date as of this posting.

When I log in to a new xfce4.8 desktop config, all is dandy. Then I go to "Window Manager" preferences and select the "Wildbrush" WM decoration style. This causes the entire desktop to immediately crash and I'm kicked back to the KDM login screen. (Yes, I'm using KDM and have uninstalled GDM, if this could possibly matter.) After this, I cannot log in to an xfce desktop: I'm always kicked back to the login screen. I can still log in to KDE Plasma or Gnome3 just fine.

I can fix the problem by doing
$rm -r ./.config/xfce4/

After this, I can log in to xfce desktop again, until the next time I try to set the "Wildbrush" style. This is the only WM style that causes this behavior: I've tried every single style in the list.
