Description of problem:
I couldn't find any details on openvz-specific domain/devices tag (I would expect it to be found in http://libvirt.org/formatdomain.html) what is mentioned in "Example guest domain XML configuration" available at http://libvirt.org/drvopenvz.html.

I think this is up to date these days, at least filesystem type='template' and <init> are documented
