Description of problem:
If I go to the System Tray/Notification area and right-click->open on an application there, such as GNote, Liferea or the Network Manager, nothing happens.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
gnome-shell-2.91.91-1.fc15.x86_64

How reproducible:
Every time.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to System Tray/Notification Area.
2. Right Click -> Open

  
Actual results:
Nothing happens.

Expected results:
Application should launch and become forefront window.

Filed upstream a bug to disable that menu for legacy status icons as:
