Description of problem:
The bar graph doesn't reflect whether 1 Host had 50% downtime, but was connected only 1 day, and second Host had 50% downtime, but was connected only 10 day

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open report Top 10 downtime clusters, BR7B
2.see the bars per VM

Actual results:
Each VM has the same length of bar (even though they have different uptime period of time)

Expected results:
a Pie bar should reflect two machines with 50% downtime, but one will have larger peace of pie than the other
