Description of problem:
We noticed that oprofile-gui is still being built against Qt 3. oprofile upstream ships a Qt 4 version too, can't that be built instead of the Qt 3 one?

oprofile-0.9.6-14.fc16

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. yum install oprofile-gui
  
Actual results:
Requires qt3.

Expected results:
Requires the current qt.

Additional info:
This also drags in the legacy qt3 into @development-tools.

Backported the qt4 patch from the upstream oprofile repository and rebuilt the oprofile rpm. should eliminate the use qt3 from oprofile-gui.
