Description of problem:

Install a RHEL5.6 system , Beaker report pass , but doesn't install actually .

have been sent a ticket to eng-ops and they seems moved something .

The box name changed to dhcp47-57.lab.bos.redhat.com from 2011-03-10 07:45:34 
after install RHEL6 , then can't install any other system . but the IP is 10.16.47.51 .

This is likely a duplicate of Bug 602112.

It's possible, this system had been last time correctly reinstalled before beaker was updated to 0.6.5 and this condition was not caught.

Unless there is a bug and no system is actually installed, which is not the case, 
if a system does not install the distribution it is usually matter of settings and belongs to eng-ops.
