Various URLs in chapter 16 either redirect to new ones, or are outdated.

== General remarks
"Developers User Guide" seems to be no more available, and all the contents have
been included in the "User Guide". All the references and URLs should be fixed 
accordingly (see below). 
Right now a redirect is in place, but I don't know how much time it will be available 
(http://docs.amazonwebservices.com/AWSEC2/latest/DeveloperGuide/ redirects to 
http://docs.amazonwebservices.com/AWSEC2/latest/UserGuide/)

== Section 16.1
* point 4, note
"For help with getting familiar with EC2, read through the _AWS Getting Started Guide_"
The URL is outdated, so [http://docs.amazonwebservices.com/AWSEC2/2007-08-29/GettingStartedGuide/] should point to
[http://docs.amazonwebservices.com/AWSEC2/latest/GettingStartedGuide/]

"Once this is completed, follow the instructions in the _Amazon Web Services Developer Guide_to rebundle and save the customized API. " (fix URL, wording - "Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud User Guide" or simply "Amazon EC2 User Guide")

Link working, but it redirects to [http://aws.amazon.com/developertools/368]. I'd also remove "Developer" from the link ("Amazon Web Services Site")

See previous point; it redirects to [http://aws.amazon.com/archives/1665], remove "Developer"

The URL is not correct anymore, the correct one is:

Also, it's part of "User Guide" (see previous points about Developer Guide).
