Description of problem:
Almost all of the manual is installed already. We just need to general an html file from the xml file (the Makefile has options for this) and modify the URL in the GUI to refer to that with a file: URL instead of the lordsawar website.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
This would go in with 0.2.0 which is currently in prerelease and should be done in time for F15.

lordsawar-0.2.0-2.fc15 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 15.
