This is a crash on exit/close of a doc. I really don't like the look of Thread 10. You clearly have a stack of java threads running, which strongly suggests you have some java extension installed. So what's the output of 

unopkg list && unopkg list --shared

Can't reproduce this, feel free to reopen this if you can reproduce it and supply me with some way to do the same
