Set up "people nearby" account and it just sits at connecting.

I've seen this behaviour also, and after the latest stable telepathy/empathy is pushed to F15, I'll see if this bug is still present. Re-assigning to correct component.

This appears to be due to avahi not running (which is needed for telepathy-salut to work).
