Description Marcus Moeller 2011-03-13 08:45:41 UTC
On kdm-4.6.1-3.fc15.i686, somethimes the display manager does not start up correctly (only wallpaper is shown, instead of login mask). I have to restart the session using (Ctrl+Alt+Backspace) in order to get it working.

Me too, but in my case it's no login every time, only wallpaper.

What hardware is this with? Can you attach a complete X log?

Xorg.0.log

I don't see any difference from this to the .old. Ctrl-Alt-BS was done is all.

This problem does no longer occur on Fedora 17.
