Description of problem:
I'm not able to return the machine to beaker.

How reproducible:
sometimes it happens

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Provision the machine
2. When the machine is installed, you got email etc., cancel the job
  
Actual results:
Sometimes the job is cancelled but the machine is not returned.
Failed to return ibm-ls22-03.rhts.eng.brq.redhat.com: u'System has active recipe 103220'

Expected results:
1. If possible please fix the issue, it happened to me more than once.
2. Please return the machine for me.

We have an update scheduled for this next upgrade which we hope will fix this issue.

I've returned the system for you.

A workaround can be done by using the command line:

bkr job-cancel RS:87136

0.6.7 adds a reservation_table primarily deisigned to be used by 680497. However it should also help with this issue as well.
