Description Radek Lat 2011-03-14 16:28:52 UTC
Description of problem:
When using multihead setup, where main display (with panel) is on the top and secondary is on the bottom, notification area does not hide but rather moves to the other monitor.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
gnome-shell-2.91.91-1.fc15.x86_64

How reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Obtain multihead setup
2. Set main display to be on the top and secondary on the bottom

Actual results:
If the notification area is "hidden", it is actually on the top of the other monitor.

Expected results:
It should be truly hidden.

Vertical monitor layouts have a number of issues at a design and implementation level, we're not expecting to be able to fix them for Fedora 15.

Closing here since it's tracked upstream.
