How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a role (ex: role_xyz) and save 
2. Create the same role again or Create an existing role (like :Administrator)
3. Duplicate role is not created but the screen resets and doesnt give any message .

Expected results:


Additional info: Need a error  message saying : " This role already exists "
