Please attach the dump file. Closing due to inactivity - please reopen if you have additional information regarding this issue report. This is no longer a problem. The problem was that my /boot partition was too small to accomodate all the different versions, smp etc., of kernel and there was no room to write grub.conf in /boot. I am pretty dissatisfied about the response (I got none) from the bug report. Changed to 'CLOSED' state since 'RESOLVED' has been deprecated. |
