Previously, running tcsh in verbose mode caused the shell to append history to its output on exit. This new package fixes the issue and tcsh now works as expected.

Package review of the new tcsh617 package including a patch for this bz was successful. See bug 688166.

Bugfix was successfully verified on tcsh617-6.17-5.el5 package using automated test case.
